The Feel Good Effect

how it started
Before this all began, we were raising a newborn, working multiple jobs, and striving to do all.the.things. Despite following all the popular advice, we were struggling - generally frustrated and often overwhelmed. We knew being happy, healthy humans shouldn’t be so hard.

how it’s going
Eventually we drew on our 50+ years of combined experience in behavior change, psychology, and mindfulness to reimagine habit design so that it works in real life. These days, we’ve found a way to drop the “shoulds” and create a life full of calm, clarity, and joy - based on one single question: “What about actually feeling good?”
